职位描述:       POSITION: Journey Ambassador
      DEPARTMENT:Front Office
      REPORTS TO:Front Desk Manager

      SUMMARY: You will be part of the team that looks after our customers – both internal and external. This will involve assisting our guests for the duration of their stay with us, ensuring they have an outstanding experience in every aspect.

      RESPONSIBILITIES:
      Ensure Hilton’s Brand Service standards are consistently practiced by all team members
      To make the difference for all our guests
      To proactively welcome guests to the hotel as they walk in to the lobby area, taking an interest in them and escorting them to the area they wish to go to
      To engage guests in conversation (where appropriate) as they walk around the public areas of the hotel
      To assist guests with any hotel information, and other requests.
      To take a proactive role with luggage assistance, lift operation, check-in and check-out of guests, escorting guests whenever possible
      Proactively seek feedback from guest in lobby, restaurants, poolside and beach
      To be contactable at all times and be visibly present in the lobby and restaurants at all times during the shift
      To actively promote the benefits of HHonors to all guests and patrons of the hotel, adopting a proactive sales attitude
      To check VIP arrivals on a daily basis and personally check their assigned rooms ensuring they are of an excellent standard, place amenities (where appropriate) and VIP letters in rooms
      To meet VIP’s upon their arrival, escorting them to their room, engaging them in conversation so as to build a strong rapport between themselves and the hotel
      To be aware of top corporate and VIP clients of the Hotel, recognizing and welcoming them by name upon their return visits to the Hotel
      To ensure rooms and suites are ready for Wedding Couples prior to their arrival and personally meet Wedding Couples on their arrival and departure
      To ascertain, assess and implement equilibrium ideas
      To coordinate the total services provided by the hotel for our Long Stay guests. Meet with these guests at the beginning of their stay to welcome and ascertain any special requirements. Maintain contact with them throughout their stay and be proactive to ensure they have an excellent experience whilst with us
      To monitor Hilton Brand Service Standards at all times and meet with the Front Office Manager on a regular basis to give feedback
      To perform in room check-in for VIP 4 and above and personally ensure that all follow-up is actioned
      To be totally familiar with all facilities, functions and special events in the Hotel on a daily basis
      To be aware of all services which the Hilton Sanya Resort & Spa offers, inclusive of recreational, food and beverage, guest services, special events and promotions
      To be fully conversant with Hotel room type and availability, assisting guests with reservation inquiries and bookings as may be required
      To be respectful of our guest’s privacy, ensuring their every request in this regard is strictly adhered to and their details remain confidential
      To be totally familiar with internal hotel procedures, inclusive of housekeeping, lost and found, food and beverage, internal and external communications, fire and emergency
      To be fully conversant with the Hotel Emergency and Evacuation Procedures
      To be fully conversant with manual Front Office procedures to be used in the event of the Hotel’s computer systems being off-line
      To attend and be fully involved with guest hospitality functions as requested by the Front Office Manager
      To meet VIP’s on departure, assisting with any final requirements and checking satisfaction of their stay
      To update guests’ preferences into Fidelio and act accordingly
      Ensure grooming is in line with the Hotel policy
      Maximize sales and revenue for the Hotel
      Ensure that all guest complaints are dealt with immediately. All complaints to be handled efficiently and professionally with complete follow-up so those guests leave and return with a good impression of the Hotel
      Have a thorough knowledge of all credit procedures and ensure that these procedures are adhered to
      Must know all Hotel products and services and recommend to our guests
      Ensure all book-out guests are taken care of as seen necessary - with Hilton’s amenity if appropriate – and followed up afterwards
      Review all guest arrivals and ensure that rooms are assigned according to the reservation and preferences several days in advance
      Ensure that there is a thorough hand over at the completion of each shift
      Ensure all Front Office correspondence is completed within 24hours
      Any other duties assigned by Front Office Management

      SPECIFICATIONS:
      Fluent in English, Mandarin and other languages will be beneficial
      At least 3 years experience in the hospitality industry
